As you say another week should tell , i know a few dog owners who wont even give a dog biscuit as a treat from the the pub jar on the local dog walk run as it upsets there tummy , others eat anything within reason .
Hope everything is ok .
best wishes

Re: help find a good puppy food
My boxer, who had a sensitive digestive system, thrived on Burns dried dog food. I think they'll send you samples, if you ask, but you need to swap to it very gradually over the course of a week or more. Changing too quickly will result in upset stomach and its natural to think that the food doesn't suit if this happens.

I did the free trial with tails
But max just wasnt overly retested with it and ate the cats food instead

If a dogs sense of smell is so good, why do they need to get so close to the other dogs butt?

Re: help find a good puppy food
Some people (especially in breed specific groups) can be really militant about which food people should use but it really comes down to what suits the individual dog.
My lurcher can eat anything (although the pack of wallpaper paste and fruit cake he stole lead to expensive vet trips) but my vizsla can't tolerate any dried food at all or more than the smallest amount of poultry. It took ages to find a food that suited him!
